Robotic Process Automation(RPA) is a form of business process automation technology based on artificial intelligence(AI), which is architected to follow rules and predefined scripts to achieve process-based workflows. It is primarily used to automate repetitive tasks that require human intervention.

1. Create a process
Create RPA process name, click "+" to add operations, select"skip" or "stop" when the process has errors, whether to clear tabs and close profile after task completion
2. Manage your processes
Group
You can put your processes in different groups and use group name to filter them
Search
You can search your processes by name
Move
Processes can be moved to another group
Share
You can share your own templates to others by clicking the Share icon and getting a sharing code. You can choose how many times this code is able to be used and how long it will be valid.
The person you share with can see your template by entering your sharing code.
Delete
If you delete created processes, you cannot get them back.
You can delete processes you've created.

If you want more RPA tasks to work at the same time, you can set the number of task threads executed at the same time, up to 100.

In Task Log page, you can check the result of the process.
Log Details contains the detailed information of the process( the red exclamation mark means that in this process there are errors)
Once you've decided on a process, you need to go to the Profiles menu and select the profile you want, then click on the RPA button.
In the menu that opens, select the desired process and Task Type.
Common task means that this task will be executed immediately while for Scheduled task you can set a routine time for it.
If you choose a scheduled task, next, select the periodicity of the action or a single execution and the process is ready to run. All subsequent actions of the process can be tracked in the Task Log menu.
You have the option to assign different RPA operation permissions to various team members. For instance, if you prefer certain team members not to have the ability to delete processes, you can leave the "Delete process" option unchecked.
