It is an unknown error that can relate to many factors. If the current step does not solve the problem, continue to the next step
If you encounter any difficulties or have further questions while implementing this solution, please don't hesitate to reach out to our online support team.
Step 1: Check the profile kernel
You can see the kernel version of the profile directly on the page, and if the kernel is out of date, please upgrade it first.
Go to Edit page of the profile and change the kernel to a newer version.
We recommend that the gap between the upgraded kernel version and the old version should not be greater than 5 versions to prevent data loss due to excessive version differences. Ex. if the old kernel is 130, then upgrade to 135 instead of 138.
Step 2: "Run as administrator" to reopen Adspower
Step 3: Reinstall the corresponding kernel
Sometimes this error is caused by some unknown problem in the profile kernel file, so please go to "Settings">"Local Settings" to uninstall the corresponding kernel and reinstall it.
Step 4: Send logs to online support and reboot your computer
If all the steps above cannot help, please contact our online support and send us your system logs.
You can find the logs in "Settings">"Local Settings">"Others">"System Logs"
Click the "View details“ and a folder where the logs are stored will be opened.
Please contact our online support and inform them you have done all the steps above, send the log file to the support, and they will provide yo withu with further assistance there.
