This error happens when you open a profile, usually due to the usage of CPU or Memory being relatively high.

Step 1: Check CPU and Memory resources on Task Manager
Please open the Task Manager at the same time you are opening the profile, and observe the usage of CPU and Memory to see if it will go very high suddenly. If so, please reduce the number of profiles you open at the same time to see if this problem can be avoided.
Step 2: Turn off the extensions in the profile
The high CPU and Memory usage may be caused by the extensions in the profiles, therefore, please turn them off to better identify the problem. You can turn extensions off in the Extensions session if the extensions are installed via AdsPower.
Step 3: Excluding interference from other software
If you have anti-virus software or Microsoft PC Manager installed on your device, please turn it off or uninstall it. Also, sometimes the Firewall may also cause the error; please turn it off to check again.
Step 4: Restart the computer
This step is to make sure that no other software on your device is taking up the CPU or memory resources. Therefore, please reboot your computer and open only AdsPower on the device to check.
