One Account, Multiple Teams

For Adspower accounts registered on or after January 26, 2026, the multi-team feature is enabled by default.

This feature allows a single Adspower account to manage or participate in multiple teams. Users can create multiple paid teams as a Team Owner, or join other teams with different roles (e.g., Admin, Manager, Employee).

Accounts with multi-team access can switch between different teams from the bottom-left corner of the client interface.

Under the multi-team system:

1. A single account can join multiple teams simultaneously

2. Data for each team is completely isolated and does not affect other teams

3. Each team has its own independent plan, profile, members, and billing system

Applicable Users

Currently, the Multi-Team feature is available only to users who registered on or after January 26, 2026. This includes:

1. Users who sign up for a new account manually in the Adspower client or on the official Adspower website.

2. Users who accept a team invitation using an email address that has not been registered before.

Default Team vs. Non-Default Teams

Default Team

After a user successfully registers, the system automatically creates a Default Team with the user as the team owner. The Default Team includes the following features:

1. Includes 2 free profiles

2. Supports free trial and paid trial

3. Supports purchasing the Free Extra Profile Package

4. Cannot leave or delete the Default Team

Non-Default Teams

A Non-Default Team refers to any team manually created by users, except the Default Team, are considered a Non-Default Team.

Non-Default Teams have the following limitations:

1. Do not include any free profiles

2. Do not support free trial or paid trial

3. Do not support purchasing the Free Extra Profile Package

The purpose of creating a new team should be based on business needs, such as managing your own operations within a separate team. After creating a new team, you can purchase profiles and add members as needed.

FAQ

A: I registered with Adspower after January 26, 2026. Why doesn’t my account support multi-team access or allow me to join multiple teams?

Q: Your account may be an internal team member account. This type of account is created by a team admin using a virtual email with a suffix such as @***.adspower.com. Internal team member accounts are limited to the current team only, display only that team’s information, and cannot switch between teams.

Q: When someone shares profiles with me via my account email, which team will they go to?

A: You can set a default receiving team in Local Settings → My Account. Shared profiles will automatically be added to this team.

Q: Why does this error occur: “You already have a free team. Please upgrade it to a paid team before creating another.”

A: Each account can only have one free team. To create a new team, you must upgrade your current free team to a paid team first.

Q: Why can’t I see the current team’s plan details?

A: You don’t have Billing permission enabled for your account by the team.

Team managers can grant Billing permissions here:
