The Members section allows the team owner to give members permissions that provide more control over what data they can access and individuals to focus on what they do.
1. Go to the Billing tab.
2. Click Change package.
3. Specify the needed number of additional team member seats in the “Additional members” counter.
0 means nobody has access to this team, but the team owner.
💡 Hover your mouse cursor over the exclamation mark to see the billing instructions. The total cost depends on the number of remaining days of the current subscription.
4. Choose a payment method.
5. Click Pay now.
When the payment has been processed successfully, the new subscription becomes active immediately and you’re ready to add new team members.
A user group is a collection of users who all have the same set of permissions. Rather than assign permissions one person at a time, you can use groups to conveniently assign the same permission level to many people at once.
1. Go to the Settings → Members tab.
2. Click Create a group in the top left.
3. Choose a name and description for your user group.
4. Check the options to grant permissions to this user group.
5. Click OK.
Click on a user group, and select the Function Permission tab. Here you can set permissions for a user group.
You can not invite a registered user to the team. Please do not use an email address previously registered with AdsPower.
1. Click on a user group, then select Add member in the top right.
2. Set the account information: Name, Email, and Password. Please use a valid Email address for the member account.
3. Set the Identity:
💡 Every member in AdsPower has a role, and each one has different permissions.
Administrators Able to edit all user's functions and access to profile groups
Managers Able to add members and edit access to profile groups
Members Unable to add member and edit accesss to profile groups.
4. Select the Authorized group that this member has access to. Once selected, the member can see the profiles in these groups.
5. Set the Profile limit: Profile limit means the total number of profiles that this member has access to, for example, if you alreay authorize a group of 10 profiles to this member and set the profile limit to 20, that means this member can create another 10 profiles at most.
If you do not have a limit for the member, leave it blank.
6. Click OK and give the account information to your team member.
The team members can log into their accounts using the email address and the password you created for them.
You can reset the password of this member account anytime.
The removed team member will no longer be able to log into their AdsPower account.
1. Click on the user group, in which the member you want to remove.
2. From the team member list, click on the three dots to the far right of the name of the person you'd like to remove.
3. Click Delete.
Or you can delete a whole user group by clicking the three dots icon next to the group name.
The member you deleted will be in the Trash group, where you can choose to delete this member completely or restore it back to the team.
To restore the member, click "Edit" and set the user group again for this member so it will be restored back to the user group.
