The profile may be lost or damaged, please try to reset

This error usually happens when you open a profile. If the current step does not solve the problem, continue to the next step

If you encounter any difficulties or have further questions while implementing this solution, please don't hesitate to reach out to our online support team.

Step 1: Click "Reset Now"

 Click "Reset Now" and see if it can work.

Step 2: Check the update

Please make sure your AdsPower version is updated. If not, please click the "Update" button to update.

Step 3: Check the firewall and antivirus software

If you have anti-virus software installed on your device, please turn it off or uninstall it.  Also, sometimes the Firewall may also cause the error; please turn it off to check again.

Step 4: Run AdsPower as administrator

Right-click the AdsPower software icon on your computer desktop and choose "run as administrator" in the drop-down bar. 

If none of the steps above are helpful, please contact our online support at the lower right corner of your AdsPower and inform them that you have completed all the troubleshooting steps above. They will provide you with further assistance.
