Please contact the administrator to enable Multi Device mode in the [Global Settings] section

 

Normally, if there is a lock beside the profile, when you hover the mouse over the lock, you can see the the account email of the team member who is using the profile at the moment. 

If you need to enter the profile too, you have two options:

1. Ask the member who is using the profile to close it so that you can open this profile. 

2. Turn on "Multi Device Mode" in Global Settings so that both of you can use the profile at the same time. 

But if you are the only member in this team and also see this error tip while opening the profile, please follow the steps below:

1. Restart your computer, and reboot the internet. 

2. Upgrade your AdsPower and profile kernel. 

If none of the steps above are helpful, please contact our online support at the lower right corner of your AdsPower and inform them that you have completed all the troubleshooting steps above. They will provide you with further assistance.
