Error: Upgrade to Windows 10 to use Chrome 110 kernel

Due to Chrome browser system requirements, you may see this prompt when using AdsPower.

You'll need:

Determine your operating system

Select Start > Settings > System, then select About. You then see Edition, Version, and OS Build information.

Windows 11 / Windows 10

Right click on the AdsPower Browser icon > Properties > Compatibility > Untick the option Run this program in compatibility mode for, and restart AdsPower.

Windows 7 and earlier versions

You need to upgrade your computer edition to Windows 10 or Windows 11, otherwise, you have to change the browser kernel to 110 or below, and then reopen the browser after saving the settings. 

💡 This may cause the cache to be incompatible, so it is recommended that you backup your cache in advance.

Mac 11 and earlier versions

Chrome 138 is the last release to support macOS 11. From Chrome 139, macOS 11 is not supported. You need to upgrade your computer edition to Mac 12 or above; otherwise, you have to change the browser kernel to 138 or below, and then reopen the browser after saving the settings.
