By default, all browser profiles appear in the "Ungrouped" group. Groups let you quickly reach a set of browser profiles all at once. It’s a powerful way to categorize your profiles and filter them.
1. Go to the Groups section, and click New group button in the top right.
2. Type a new group name.
3. Click OK.
Another way to create a group is typing a name for it in the Group input box when creating a new profile and pressing Enter.
1. Click the three dots on the far right hand side of the group you want to edit.
2. Click Edit.
Or click Authorization in the toolbar.
3. Choose the permissions that you want for your group.
4. Click OK.
The third way to manage permissions is choosing profile groups when adding team members in the Members section.
Now everyone you choose can see and edit the profiles in this group.
If you’re struggling with running multiple profile groups with similar purposes, you can merge them into one.
1. Choose a group that you wish to save, let’s say group A.
2. Click the three dots on the far right hand side of the group.
3. Click Combine.
4. Choose a group that you want to move profiles from, let’s say group B.
5. Click OK.
Now all the profiles in the group B will be moved to the group A.
1. Click the three dots on the far right hand side of the group you want to delete.
2. Click OK.
All the profiles in the deleted group will be removed from the profile list and you won’t be able to open them. Please think twice before you do that.
