AdsPower Browser neither provides proxies nor has any proxies built in. However, the Proxies section allows you to save your purchased proxies in a list in AdsPower, and use them when necessary by clicking the Saved Proxies tab.

The Proxy list shows Proxy ID, Proxy information, Proxy type, Outbound IP, Serial No.(of browser profiles), IP checker, Proxy status, Remark, End date, and Proxy provider, and allows you to change the proxy IP, check, edit, and delete a proxy.

💡 Currently, the status, end date and provider columns are displayed only when importing IPFoxy proxies.

Add proxies

1. Click Add Proxy.

2. Read the Description in the top left corner.

3. Fill in the proxy information in the box in the top right corner according to the examples.

4. The proxies will be displayed as a list below.

5. Click OK and they will be added to the Proxy list.

Buy proxy

AdsPower acts solely as a platform, enabling users to directly place orders with the proxy provider FlashID to purchase proxy and providing management capabilities.

Static Proxy

• Only Socks5 proxy are supported.
• Only USD wallet payments are supported.
• IP-cherker is set as "ip-api" as default.
• Maximum purchase of 100 proxies per transaction.
• Difference of Static ISP Residential proxy and Static Datacenter proxy as below:

1. If any proxy purchase fails, the system will automatically refund the purchase amount.
2. After purchase, it takes some time for the system to assign proxies. Please click the "Refresh" button to retrieve data or go to the [Billing Center] to check the deduction record and the [Action Log] to check the purchase record to confirm.

2. Information Display on the Dynamic Proxy Page

After purchasing a dynamic proxy, the Dynamic Proxy page will display the following information:

① Traffic & Expiration: Remaining available traffic, Used traffic, Remaining traffic percentage,Total traffic, Expiration date

② Usage Statistics: Displays the current month by default. Supports viewing daily traffic usage for the past 3 months. Displays the latest data update time

Notes：

1）Available traffic, used traffic, and usage statistics are not updated in real time; Data is refreshed every 6 minutes, but there may still be a delay between the displayed data and actual usage;

2）Once the traffic is exhausted, the proxy will become unavailable even if it has not expired;

3）Once expired, the proxy cannot be used even if there is remaining traffic.

FAQ：

Q1: Why didn't the expiration date change after purchasing a new traffic package?

A: The expiration date is determined by the latest expiration date among all active traffic packages. If the existing package expires later, purchasing a new package will not shorten or change the displayed expiration date.

Q2: How are traffic and expiration dates calculated after purchasing a new traffic package?

A: ① If there is still available traffic before purchase and the existing package has not expired, the traffic will be accumulated after purchasing a new package. The expiration date will be the later one between the original package and the new package.

② If the traffic has been exhausted or the existing package has already expired before purchase, the traffic will be recalculated and will not inherit any previous data. In this case:

• Available traffic = traffic from the newly purchased package
• Expiration date = expiration date of the new package

Q3: Why are total traffic and available traffic different?

A: Total traffic includes the portion that has already been consumed, while available traffic refers to the remaining usable traffic. The difference between the two is the used traffic.

Q4: Can remaining traffic still be used after a traffic package expires?

A: No. Once a traffic package expires, its remaining traffic will no longer be counted as available traffic.

Renew proxy

Single renew

• Only proxies purchased within the client can be renewed within the client.
• Renewal of expired proxy is not supported.
• After successful renewal, can check the detail on page Billing. Will display  Proxy ID, Type, Quantity Proxy and the valid day.

Bulk renew

• Up to 300 proxies can be renewed at one time.
• Only proxies purchased within the client can be renewed.
• Renewal of "Expired" type proxy is not supported.
• Renewal of "Imported" type proxy is not supported.
• If an unsupported proxy type is selected, it will be automatically removed from the list.
• Since it involves multiple proxies, after the successful bulk renewal, the Billing page's Order Details will display only the quantity and validity period, unlike a single renewal.
• The operator will get a notification after renewal.

Auto renew

Auto-renewal is enabled by default during proxy purchase and can be managed anytime from the Proxy List page. Expired proxies and imported proxies do not support this feature.

Note: Proxies expiring within 72 hours must be manually renewed before enabling auto-renewal.

The system automatically renews eligible proxies 24 hours before expiration.

Before renewal, the system verifies whether auto-renewal is enabled, the proxy is still valid, and the proxy has not been manually renewed in advance. If any condition is not met, the renewal will be skipped automatically.

-Auto-renewal duration is fixed at 30 days.

-Renewal fees are automatically deducted from the Team USD Wallet. Bonus balance is deducted first, followed by wallet balance.

Successful renewal updates the proxy expiration date automatically and generates a billing record.

If renewal fails due to insufficient balance, auto-renewal will be disabled automatically for that proxy.

Automatic renewal operations are recorded in logs with the operator displayed as “System”.

Team Super Admins receive reminder notifications one day before auto-renewal, renewal result notifications, and alerts for proxies nearing expiration without auto-renewal enabled.

Check proxy

You can select and check proxies in bulk.

The status colors in the Outbound IP column:

• Green = Active and connection test passed
• Red = Inactive and connection test failed
• Gray = Waiting for check

The time shown below the IP address is the time when you check this proxy.

Filter proxies

When you want to find a proxy or proxies, click the Filter button beside the Check proxy button at the top of this page.

You'll see the option to filter your search results. By adding conditions, you can refine your search results to find exactly what you're looking for!
