How to cancel my AdsPower account?

⚠️ Important:
Once completed, all team data, account bindings, ,referral bouns and related information will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered

To cancel your account, please go to Settings>My account. Scroll to the bottom, and you will see the entry for account cancellation.

📌 Before submitting a request, please make sure:
• Your account belongs to only one team
• The team has only one super admin
• No active subscriptions
• Auto-renewal is turned off
• Wallet balance = 0

If any condition is not met, the system will prompt you to contact support.

Click "Cancel now" and fill in the verification code & password

After filling in the correct information, please read the notes on account cancellation carefully and check the items one by one to prevent any potential risk. 

After confirming the cancellation, the account will be officially cancelled in 72 hours, and a system email reminder will be sent to your account email 24 hours before the official cancellation. 

Therefore, it is your last chance to restore your account! During this time, you cannot log in to the account unless you withdraw the request, and after that, your account will be officially cancelled and cannot be restored. 

⏳ After submission:
A 3-day cooling-off period will begin
• The account cannot be used normally
• You cannot join other teams
• You can cancel the request within this period if needed
