How to cancel my AdsPower account?

To cancel your account, please go to Settings>My account. Scroll to the bottom, and you will see the entry for account cancellation.

Click "Cancel now" and fill in the verification code & password

After filling in the correct information, please read the notes on account cancellation carefully and check the items one by one to prevent any potential risk. 

After confirming the cancellation, the account will be officially cancelled in 72 hours, and a system email reminder will be sent to your account email 24 hours before the official cancellation. 

Therefore, it is your last chance to restore your account! During this time, you cannot log in to the account unless you withdraw the request, and after that, your account will be officially cancelled and cannot be restored. 

Notes:

• If you still have unused balance in your AdsPower wallet, the account cancellation cannot proceed.  

Given that we do not offer balance refunds, please use up the balance before canceling your account or contact our online support if you no longer need the balance. 

• Only the account owner can see the entry for account cancellation. If you are on a member account and want to cancel the account, please contact your account owner to do the cancellation in Members section. Here is the instruction.
