Proxy failure

This error means the proxy connection in the profile is failed. 

If you encounter any difficulties or have further questions while implementing this solution, please don't hesitate to reach out to our online support team.

Step 1: Verify that the proxy information and its validity

Please check if the proxy information is filled correctly. Normally, you need to fill in the Host:Port, username, and password. 

Also, your proxy may have expired. Please check with your proxy provider. 

Step 2: Check if there is a VPN or proxy open on the device 

If you have confirmed that the proxy information is correct and the proxy is still valid, please check if there is a VPN or proxy on the device that affect the connection. 

If so, turn it off, then reboot the computer.

Step 3: Check the proxy on another device/under another network

You can put the proxy in another device(if you don't have another device, ask your friend to check for you) or change your computer to another network to check again. You can also contact our online support and ask our support to check the proxy for you with your consent. 

—If the result is a success, that means the problem is with your Internet. Check and reboot the Internet connection, or change to another network. You can use a VPN to improve the Internet.

—If the result is failed, that means the problem is with the proxy itself. We suggest you contact your proxy provider for further verification. 

If none of the steps above are helpful, please contact our online support at the lower right corner of your AdsPower and inform them that you have completed all the troubleshooting steps above. They will provide you with further assistance.
