Wallet

Your total balance and available credit are displayed below Wallet.

Balance top-up

To top up your balance,

1. Click on Recharge under Wallet.
2. Enter the amount you want to recharge and select a convenient payment method. You can filter payment methods by currency. Depending on the payment method you choose, you may be charged additional fees by payment platforms in addition to your subscription price.
3. Verify the amount and click Pay now.

Please wait for a while for your balance to update after a payment. The time it takes to see your payment reflected in your AdsPower account depends on your payment method.

💡 If you need to downgrade your plan, please avoid recharging when the subscription is about to expire. Otherwise, the system may automatically deduct the money for renewing the current plan.

Energy Points

Energy Points is a rewards program that allows AdsPower users to collect points after purchasing a subscription, including making an initial purchase and renewing an existing subscription.

You can then redeem the points for gifts. Click Rules to know how to use them.

You can also see how you’ve earned them and which ones have been redeemed by clicking on History.

Click the lightning icon and you can redeem your energy points.

Monthly Fee

Upgrade & downgrade your plan

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. The changes will take effect immediately, without affecting your billing cycle.

To make changes to your plan, follow these steps:

1. Click the Change package button under Monthly Fee.
2. Choose the desired plan.
3. Specify the number of profiles and additional members.
4. Pick a payment method.
5. Click Pay now.

When you downgrade

If you choose to downgrade your plan, you will need to delete any extra profiles and team members to complete the plan change.

It's important to note that if the new plan is cheaper, we won't refund the difference to you. Please consider your options before downgrading your plan. Additionally, any features not included in the new plan will no longer be available.

When you upgrade

If you choose to upgrade your plan, your account will be charged or credited based on the percentage of the billing cycle left at the time the plan was changed.

Renew your subscription

AdsPower offers 4 types of periods to renew with different discounts. You can renew and extend the duration of an AdsPower subscription for a maximum of 1 year.

All monthly plans are set to auto-renew, but if you prefer to renew manually, please contact online support to apply for it.

Order Details

If you want a list of your purchase history, find your Order Details.

Select a time frame using the date picker to view all charges within that time frame.

❓Can't find the order that you're looking for?

If you have more than one AdsPower account, you might have been signed in with a different account when you operated. Sign in with the other AdsPower account and check your order details again.

Usage dashboard

This part allows you to view your account usage and your opening and creating limit.  By hovering your mouse over the Number of opening/creating, you will see the limit to open/create per day of your package and when the quota will be released. This limit varies according to your package.

Extra profiles/members

When you need extra profiles or members for a certain period of time and do not want to pay the upgrade fee for the whole subscription, extra profiles/members will be an excellent choice for you.

You can choose the add-on package according to your needs, but please pay attention that:

1. Profiles add-ons can be stacked with up to 5 add-ons in effect at the same time. Up to 100 extra members can be purchased in one order.

2. Profiles/members add-ons can only be purchased when there are more than 31 remaining days of your subscription.

3. This is a one-time purchase product and takes effect immediately upon payment. Once purchased, it is non-refundable.

4. Extra members are only available for users with our latest price tariff.  You can follow the instructions below to upgrade your tariff.

Quick Pay & Auto-Renewal

You can see the "Quick Pay & Auto-Renewal" settings on the Usage dashboard or when you choose "Card" as payment method.

Quick Pay:

You can choose to save the card information for future payments so next time you pay, you can directly choose the card you saved and don't need to fill in the card information again.

Auto-Renewal:

If you activate Auto-Renewal, the system will automatically deduct the monthly fee from the card you saved. 24h before your end date.

Notes:

The auto-renewal can be canceled anytime by yourself on the Billing page and you can also untie the card from Quick Pay any time.

FAQ

❓Why can't I withdraw my entire balance?

Withdrawing your AdsPower Balance is not supported.

❓What happens if I don't pay for my subscription?

If you don't pay for your subscription, your original plan won't be renewed. Instead, you will receive a free plan that only grants access to 2 profiles. However, don't worry, your other profiles with all their settings won't be deleted. You simply won't be able to use them until you renew your subscription.

❓When you're paying with cryptocurrency:

• Each payment invoice can only be used once. Please create a new invoice each time you would like to pay. It is not possible to pay using expired invoices.
• Pay close attention to the final withdrawal amount. Sometimes you may need to add the commission amount to your payment so that the final amount matches the billed amount exactly.
• Your balance can only be topped up after the transaction has been confirmed by the third-party payment platform. This may take 15-30 minutes.
