Export bookmarks from Chrome

1. Open Chrome and open chrome://bookmarks/

2.  At the top right,  click the icon with three vertical dots

3. Choose  Export Bookmarks and save the bookmark as HTML document

Please note that, while exporting bookmarks, you can choose to export the bookmarks from "Bookmarks bar" or "Other bookmarks". These two bookmarks are in different locations in the browser (the bookmarks bar is below the search bar while the other bookmarks are in the "All Bookmarks" folder in the top right corner).

Upload bookmarks by file

To upload the bookmarks you export, go to Global Settings -> Bookmarks.

Upload the .html file, and click on "Apply to all profiles of this team".

Create bookmarks manually

If you only need to set a few websites as bookmarks and you feel it's too complicated to update bookmarks by exporting and importing bookmark files, creating bookmarks manually is a good way for you.

"Manual creation" supports bookmark recognition in three formats, of which URLs only support formats starting with http or https, using " ::" as the delimiter

Format 2: Name::URL

Format 3: URL

Edit bookmarks in bulk

If you want to edit bookmarks for specific profiles, go to the "Profiles" section, tick all the profiles for which you need to change, go to the "···" button, and choose "Profile">"Edit bookmark" .

There are three ways to edit the bookmarks:

Increase: Add bookmarks to the bookmark bar of the selected profile

Replace: Replace the bookmarks of the selected profile

Clear: Remove all bookmarks from the selected profile

Sync bookmarks

To synchronize bookmarks among team members, simply follow these steps: Navigate to Global Settings -> Data Sync -> Bookmark. Once that is done, any member who opens a profile will be able to view the bookmarks stored within.
