AI Agent Feature Usage Guide

I. What is an AI agent?

An AI Agent is an intelligent task-execution tool. You can describe the tasks you need completed using natural language, and the AI Agent will interpret and carry out your instructions—helping you streamline repetitive operations and improve the efficiency of your task handling.

AI Agents support integration with capabilities such as MCP and Skills, which you can configure and incorporate based on your specific business requirements. Plus, there’s an adorable desktop pet to keep you company!

II. How to access an AI Agent?

After logging into the client, locate and click 【AI Agent】 in the left-hand navigation bar to access the AI Agent feature page.

To use this feature, please confirm:

  • Is the current client version 8.4.3 or higher
  • Is the patch version 2.8.8.4 or higher
  • Does the current account have permission to access the AI Agent feature?

AI Agents are available to team members by default; super administrators can adjust members' AI Agent usage permissions via the Permissions Center.

III. How to use an AI agent?

Once you have accessed the AI Agent, you can describe the task you need to complete directly in the input box.

To help the AI Agent understand and execute your task more accurately, it is recommended to be as clear as possible regarding your objectives, operational requirements, and the specific content to be processed.

You can also leverage capabilities such as MCP and Skills to expand the range of scenarios in which the AI Agent can perform tasks.

Preparation Before Use

Before using certain related features, please ensure that you have generated an API Key.

If it has not yet been generated, you can go to:「API & MCP」→「API Key」

IV. AI Agent Credits Explanation

AI Agents use credits as the unit for billing.

When a task is executed, the system will deduct the corresponding number of points based on the actual model costs incurred. As the content, instruction complexity, and execution steps vary from one task to another, the actual number of points consumed may also differ.

V. How do I purchase AI Agent credits?

Once you enter AI Agent, you can view your team's currently available credits in the left-hand sidebar.

Click 「Purchase」 to access the points purchase page.

Please refer to the actual details displayed on the purchase page for specific plans and pricing.

VI. How do AI Agents consume credits?

The consumption of points by an AI agent is not based on a fixed number of uses.

For different tasks, factors such as task content, the complexity of instructions, execution steps, and the actual model costs can all influence the final consumption of credits.

Therefore, the estimated number of tasks displayed on the purchase page is for reference only; it does not guarantee that you will be able to complete a specific number of tasks after purchasing the corresponding credits.

VII. What should I do if I don’t have enough points?

The following situations may indicate insufficient points:

  • The team’s remaining points are already insufficient before the task is submitted;
  • Points are exhausted while the task is being executed;
  • Points are consumed by other team members or other tasks, resulting in an insufficient balance for the current task.

If your points are insufficient while a task is in progress, the current task will be paused, but the session and task content will be preserved.

Once the purchase of points is complete, the task will not automatically resume. Please return to the original session and continue the task manually.

VIII. How do I check my credits usage?

Click the credits card in the left sidebar of the AI Agent to access the Usage Center.

You can view it here:

Points Overview:View the team's currently available points and their expiration dates.

Top-up History:View records of point increases, such as points purchased or trial points received.

Transaction History:View the credit deductions incurred by each AI Agent task.

The top-up history includes details such as the time the funds were credited, the user who performed the action, the number of points added, and the resulting point balance. Currently, you can view records from up to 180 days ago.

Features inside the AI Agent:

Al polish

When a user’s task prompt is blocked by the LLM and cannot be executed, you may try rephrasing the instruction with Al polish. This feature optimizes the wording while keeping the original meaning intact to help the AI understand the task. It also applies to cases where the prompt is ambiguous.

  • Al polish: Click to generate one Al polish result. Original text in the input box remains unchanged before application.
  • Apply: After clicking "Apply", the Al polish output replaces the original text in the input box. Users can continue editing and send manually: the task will not execute automatically.
  • Polish again: If you are not satisfied with the Al polish result, you can regenerate based on the original prompt.
  • Points Deduction: Al polish and Repolish both consume points. You cannot polish if your points are insufficient.

AI Agent  Desktop Pet

An AI Agent desktop pet has been added, providing a visual representation of the current task status. This allows users to easily monitor session progress, invoke the AI Agent, and pause ongoing sessions directly from their desktop.

Settings Entry Point

  • Go to "Settings > General" within AI Agent and locate the "Desktop Pet" toggle. (The Desktop Pet feature is currently disabled by default.)
  • Once enabled, the desktop pet will appear; you can disable it from the same location when it is no longer needed.

Feature Description

  • Invoke Agent: Click on the desktop pet to launch the AI Agent.
  • Reposition Desktop Pet: Users can customize the position of the desktop pet by dragging it.
  • View Progress: The session pop-up window displays session information and provides real-time status updates—such as "In Progress" or "Completed"—based on the current progress.
  • Pause Session: Ongoing sessions can be paused via the session pop-up window.

FAQ:

1. Why aren't there 100 free trial credits?

The 100 AI Agent trial credits are available only to eligible teams. If your team does not meet the eligibility criteria, or if the credits have already been claimed, the option to claim them will not be displayed.

2. Why does the actual number of points consumed differ from the estimated number of task executions?

The number of tasks displayed on the purchase page is an estimate.

The actual number of points consumed depends on factors such as the nature of the task, the complexity of the instructions, the steps required for execution, and the model's operational costs; therefore, the points consumed may vary from one task to another.

3. If I run out of points, will purchasing more points allow the previous task to resume automatically?

Won't.

If your points balance is insufficient, the current task will be paused, but the session and task content will be preserved. Once you have purchased more points, please return to the original session and manually resume the task.
