Transfer profiles to AdsPower

In this guide, we will explain how you can easily transfer your browser profiles from a different anti-detect browser to AdsPower in a simple manner.

Here's what you need to do:

Dolphin Anty

1. Go to the API page of your Dolphin personal area.

2. Generate and copy the API token.

3. Go to the API page of your AdsPower account, select Dolphin{anty} as the Platform Type under the Transfer Profiles section.

4. Paste your API token from Dolphin Anty into the input field. Click on "Start transfer".

Description

1. Make sure you have AdsPower js version v2.6.9.2 or higher.
2. All profiles are transferred to the Ungrouped group. Don't forget to back up your previous ungrouped profiles before transferring.
3. Transfer of tab data is not supported.
4. Extensions, extension data, bookmarks, and other local data won't be transferred.
5. Chrome is the default setting for all profiles transferred from Dolphin. The kernel version is set based on AdsPower's calculation rules.
6. Additional fingerprint and configurations to be transferred include: Cookies, profile name (maximum of 100 characters), account platform, username&password, remarks (plain text only), proxy information, User-Agent, webRTC, Flash, Canvas, Audio, WebGL images, Fonts, media device, geolocation, time zone, port scan protection, resolution, WebGL metadata, hardware concurrency, DoNotTrack, language, MAC address, and device name. Please note that, some fields might not exactly match Dolphin after the transition. Any incompatible data will automatically be converted according to the AdsPower default settings.

 

Troubleshooting

Error: 'Failed to read profile configuration information during transferring, please try again.'

Please ensure your local network environment is stable. If there is a lot of profile data to transfer, maintain a stable network for a longer duration. Remeber, if a re-import is necessary, it starts from the beginning, not from where the last import failed.

 

Multilogin

💡 Only profiles with Multilogin paid plans can be successfully imported. During the transfer process, please make sure to have the Multilogin client open and logged in to your Multilogin account.

1. Go to the My account page of your Multilogin account, and copy your Port number and your Token.

2. Go to the API page of your AdsPower account, select Multilogin as the Platform Type under the Transfer Profiles section.

3. Paste the Multilogin_Port and Multilogin_Token, and click Start Transfer.

 

Description

1. All profiles are transferred to the Ungrouped group;
2. Cookies are not transferred by default, you need to manually tick the box, but you still may not be able to get the cookies.
3. Additional fingerprint and configurations to be transferred include User-Agent, browser kernel, webRTC Flash, Flash, Canvas, Audio, WebGL images, Fonts, media device, timezone, port scan protection, resolution, WebGL metadata, hardware concurrency, DoNotTrack, language, and proxy information. Please note that some fields might not exactly match Multilogin after the transition. Any incompatible data will automatically be converted according to the AdsPower default settings.

 

Troubleshooting:

Error: Invalid port number or Multilogin software not started.

Please make sure you have the Multilogin client open.(Multilogin X is not supported at this time)

 

Error: Invalid key, please re-enter.

Please check your Multilogin 6 subscription status, and make sure you have a paid plan, a solo, or higher plan. 

 

Error: Failed to read profile configuration information, please try again.

Please check your internet connection to see if you are accessing the Multilogin website properly;

 

Error: Cookie transition failed or partial transition failed.

The cookie from Multilogin cannot be exported unless the profiles are open. However, if the browser profile is outdated or the profile cannot be accessed for some reason, cookie acquisition will fail. This failure does not disrupt the transition process.

 

GoLogin

1. Go to the API page of your GoLogin personal area.

2. Generate and copy the API token.

3. Go to the API page of your AdsPower account, and select GoLogin as the Platform Type under the Transfer Profiles section.

4. Paste your API token from GoLogin into the input field. Click on "Start transfer".

5. The transfer can be interrupted during the process and the interruption does not affect profiles that have already been transferred

Description

1. All profiles are transferred to the Ungrouped group. Don't forget to back up your previous ungrouped profiles before transferring.
2. Cookies will be transferred with the profile. 
3. Extensions, extension data, and other local data won't be transferred.
4. Troubleshooting:

Error: "This feature is only available in the paid version."

Please check whether your AdsPower account is still within the validity period of the package, expired or free account cannot enjoy this feature.
