AdsPower supports Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to enhance the security of your account. You can easily configure 2FA on your AdsPower account using Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or Tencent Authenticator.

Setting up 2FA

To set up 2FA on your AdsPower account, follow these steps:

1. Download Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or Tencent Authenticator on your mobile device.

2. Log in to your AdsPower account, and go to your My Account settings.

3. Find Authenticator, and click on "Click to bind".

4. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app.

5. Enter the verification code sent to your registered email. That's why you need to enter a valid email address when creating a new member.

6. Enter the verification code from your authenticator app into the verification field.

7. Click on "Bind".

Turn on 2FA

Go to Global Settings -> Account security, and turn on Two-Factor Authentication(2FA).

There are three levels of security for unsual login:

• Low: 2FA is required each time on a new device or when logging in more than 90 days after the last 2FA
• Medium: 2FA is required each time on a new device or when logging in more than 30 days after the last 2FA
• High: 2FA is required every time you log in.

You can also turn on the Two-Step Verification for Delete profile and Member management operations.

Once turned on, you will need to pass the Verification every time you do the operations mentioned in the option.

✍️This option is for all members on your team, which means that every team member will need to enter a verification code if you turned on corresponding settings.
Therefore, we highly suggest you bind an Authenticator for such procedure instead of using email verification as there is a risk that you may not be able to receive the verification code email due to network or email operator problems, which may cause inconvenience for you.

Important: Never give your verification codes to anyone.
